1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse through our collection and select the design you want. If you need a custom order, feel free to contact me directly with your ideas, and I’ll create something special just for you!
2. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, I offer personal delivery at a flat rate of $20.00 throughout the Illawarra area. Please contact me for rates outside of this area.
3. Can I order custom cookies?
Absolutely! I specialise in custom cookie designs. Whether it’s for a special event or a personal request, just reach out to me with your ideas, and I’ll create something unique just for you.
4. How far in advance should I place my order?
It’s always best to place your order as early as possible, especially for custom designs. I recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for custom orders, but if you have a last-minute request, don’t hesitate to contact me – I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
5. What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled dispatch date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 1 week are non-refundable.
6. Are your cookies suitable for special diets?
Currently, I do not offer specialized dietary options (such as gluten-free or vegan) but am happy to discuss any specific needs or concerns you may have before placing your order.

Yes! Once your cookies have been shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order or if your cookies arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
